Food celebration
In the country of Italistan, the citizens have multiple different kinds of foods that the citizens eat on holidays. The Italistani people do eat different foods depending on what holiday they are celebrating. To begin, the citizens eat fruits and vegetables on every single holiday. Fruits such as apples, bananas, apricots, peaches, nectarines, plums, cherries, and strawberries are common. Vegetables such as carrots, celery, tomatoes, potatoes, broccoli, and corn. Depending on the holiday, people eat different main meals. On major Christian holidays like Christmas and Easter, people will commonly eat roast ham, bread and jam, fruits, and vegetables. In addition, on Thanksgiving, people eat the fish caught by the fisherman such as seafood, fish, vegetables, and fruits. On Italistan Day, people will eat barbecue and cookout foods such as hamburgers, pizzas, beefs, steaks, pork, fruits, and vegetables. But Soldier Day is a much different situation. In honor of the troops that fought in the Bloody War who did not eat anything the day of the final fight because of battling with Flannel Island, the people of Italistan do not eat, just like the soldiers. Depending on the holiday, the people of Italistan will eat different foods.
